Rachel Nyaradzo Adams

Rachel has been coaching and developing high-impact leaders her entire professional career. Frustrated by the constant criticism of poor leadership on the continent, and equipped with leadership tools from some of the best institutions known to the world, Rachel has merged her frustration with her expertise in leadership development to help leaders transform themselves and their environments.

Having trained and worked in top institutions across the world including McKinsey, Yale, Allan Gray Orbis and Newfield, Rachel understands the business of excellence in leadership quite intimately. Her ambition is to transform and empower emerging African leaders with tools to accelerate their own development and that of their environments.

Rachel is known for being razor-sharp at identifying the leadership gaps in an individual or an environment and enabling individuals and teams to create the leadership solutions that can transform them and their environments. She has received numerous awards for leadership and academic excellence including the Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellowship, the Mandela Rhodes Scholarship, the Mellon Mays Leadership and Service Award, the Mellon Mays Scholarship and the Felix Scholarship.

She read for her Masters at the University of Oxford (St. Anthony’s College) and for her undergraduate and Honours degrees at the University of Cape Town. In this work she offers her expertise as a leadership practitioner, ontological coach, mentor and speaker
